MEET YOUR WELLNESS GUIDE & TEACHER
ZOE SARAH
Serving professional women who want to go deeper and connect with their intuition, intellect and instinct.

I help busy women discover and maintain a sense of wholeness and wellness in their lives through personalised yoga sequences, breathing techniques, mindfulness, energy medicine and nervous system release work.
ESTABLISHED IN 1995
I knew I was called to help people integrate their body, mind and spirit when I was 9 years old. I learned to read tarot at 14 and have been studying a range of wellness modalities since the mid-1990s.

My clients tell me I’m psychic, and although that’s not a term I would use, my gift is my intuition, which helps guide my students into a practice designed to meet their individual needs.

At the heart of my personal philosophy, I view the yoga mat as a mirror for Svadhyaya (self-study), a foundational practice by which you learn to hear and trust your Inner Teacher.
Whether through a vigorous Vinyasa flow, an empowering Hatha sequence, or an introspective Yin Yoga class, we utilise the energetics and embodiment of the postures to explore the emotional patterns that show up both on and off the mat, creating space for growth.

AT THE CORE OF MY PRACTICE, I BELIEVE
-
Our bodies already contain the secrets to wellness and wholeness

-
Recalibrating our lives is a process of remembering what we already know

-
Anti-fragility is the key to embracing chaos and disorder as a way to thrive and flourish

-
We don’t need fixing; we need strength and suppleness to adapt and adjust
