Service Description

Vinyasa Flow is one of the most popular styles of contemporary yoga. Athletic and aerobic in nature, vinyasa meets you where you are which is today’s world is usually high energy, with a million things to do. It meets you there and leads you by the hand back to an inner peace that exists within you. Using the breath to move the body rhythmically, smoothly and dynamically through sequenced poses that run together, Vinyasa classes offer a variety of postures and no two classes are ever alike. The variable nature of Vinyasa Yoga helps to develop a more balanced body and can induce a Flow State, a type of consciousness defined by psychologist Mihaly Csikszentmihalyi as, “That place of being fully absorbed and highly focused,” on what we are doing. During “Flow” everything feels easy and connected, what yogins call “effortless effort.” Classes are suitable for all levels, from absolute beginners to experienced yogis.
